The Celway Group started as an independent service provider for the international airline industry. Founded in 1999, the Company has been focused on delivering relevant data and knowledge for professionals since the first day.

As an early project, we launched Airsider, an online magazine dedicated to the airline industry. With in-depth reports on airline and airport trends and developments, passengers and industry professionals received a new and trusted source of news and background information.

Over time, we expanded our network into the retail and hospitality areas. And while these industries might seem rather different, they share a huge number of similarities, particularly from a customer experience perspective.

Through our own platforms and as consulting partner, we are supporting clients with our knowledge centred around customer experience, brand management and operational excellence.

Airsider was our first project, launched in 1999. An online publication for the aviation industry, publishing news and in-depth research. The project was concluded more than 10 years of service, as we shifted our focus further into consulting, passing our research learnings on in a different form.
